Amended from 5 stars to 2 unfortunately because of the rude Asian man in the post office who repeatedly shouted at me between 5 or 6 times to put my DPD parcel in a certain place once I had stuck the label on my parcel. Despite having made it very clear to him that I understood him the first time. Also the place he wanted me to leave my parcel was totally unsafe as it was exposed to members of the public on the shop floor. The chap was quite clearly trying to take out the stress he was experiencing from something else on me so it was completely unjustified.

The lady behind the post office counter is lovely and very polite. After posting the original review I had an email from Amazon and they have issued the refund already i only went to the post office 2 hours ago! Excellent service from this lady I will be a returning customer thankyou

I see there are some very negative reviews of service at this post office, which I do not understand. I use this post office because the lady behind the counter, whose name I have forgotten, is always so friendly and helpful. I went there this morning to collect an Amazon package and once again she made my day with her welcoming, friendly smile. I see I am not alone in appreciating this person's unfailing kindness but I do not know who other customers found "yelling" etc... Thank you

Used to live close to the shop for a year so sent all my international letters/parcels for home through this Post Office. The Lady behind the counter is a lovely person who always provided the best service in the most helpful and friendly way, also provided amazing assistance in regards to compensation from Royal Mail when someone stole the contents of a parcel I had sent. Despite a long queue at times due to many customers, she was always friendly, helpful and professional!
Not to confuse with the actual Londis shop and/or staff.

The last few years has been hard for me but every time I came to the post office the lady was extremely nice to me, asking how I was and helping me with all the papers I was dealing with, relating to DVL, sending fast letters to UK and Spain and so on. I can't thank her enough for all her help especially when you need most.
