Excellent service: We got three huge pallets ship from China and our driveway is at the back of the house. The driver made his effort to reverse the truck uphill towards the drive way and placed the pallets into our garage. I couldn't imagine how we could handle that without his help. Professional, patient and great service!

Delivery due. Partner had a phonecall at work saying they couldn't get access to the road, told me immediately and gave them my number, I ran out to find no-one there. No phone calls to say when it was due in the first place and no phone calls when they were here, we found out the call was when they had already returned it to the depot, there are 2 ways to get to our property and if they had just called and asked me there would have been no problem, now we've had no apologies or solutions and apparently no hope for a re delivery and incredibly rude woman on the phone. Our work is due to be started this coming week..Disgusting service all around, will never use again.

Good working environment. Management can be disorganised, but they try. Great lads to work with. Recently up graded trucks, but old habits shining through with repairs. But on a whole not a bad company to work for.

Well so far this has been an awful experience.
I booked the day off work for my delivery, on Tuesday. No delivery! I called and apparently the driver was doing collections instead of his delivery's due to bad communication. I said OK well mistakes have been made what do we do now the guy on the end of the phone agreed for my delivery which just happens to be a massive 6 cylinder engine, to be left outside my garage the next day. Again no delivery!!! Again I call on the phone for half hour with no answer so I decided to get a lift off a friend to the depot, still on the phone. Get there 28 minutes later still no answer. Went to the office two people doing absolutely f all. Apparently my engine wasn't even sent out the second time. So it's to late now will have to be tomorrow 😠 to say the least at this point I'm fuming. What awful customer service!!

On a day when the country's experiencing the coldest March on record & the forecast reporting heavy snow, Steve Thorpe, Commercial Director was there manning the phones having reduced staffing levels today to a minimum in respect & care for their teams - concerned for their safety. Praise & trust for his teams - their professionalism & procedures enabled him to pick up the baton & call me back within 10 mins to confirm that my delivery had indeed been despatched & should be with me around noon - though probably a little later given the current state of the roads!

really impressed by my delivery today. The driver couldn't have done more to ensure my large pallet was delivered safely, even thought road is difficult to reach by larger vehicles. Thanks very much mr delivery driver!
