I really wanted to like these guys as I believe in supporting local companies, but unfortunately I felt really let down by them. One word of advice - really check their small print. Stupidly I didn’t and this company ended up using DHL without my knowledge & charged me 3 times more for the privilege. Go figure. I also felt they used bullying tactics for payment. Peter did try and resolve my issue, but it was always going to be a no win for me.

I have just read through the earlier reviews and they all chime with my experience (apart from the one very old one).

I had to send two large packages abroad and was having a real problem finding a courier willing to take them. Guildford Couriers got the package out of my hands extremely quickly and got delivery sorted to the Netherlands with exceptional communications throughout. As someone else said "they got me out of a hole".

Excellent reliable courier service. Good value for money (cheaper than other local couriers I had quotes for), gave me a 2 hour delivery window and delivered 20 mins into the window. Carried items into the flat and the guys were very friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.
