I have been a customer of Gareth and Pete's for some months now and I can say you will never meet a more honest, helpful and flexible pair of businessmen than they are. The facility at GTB Self Store is first class and very secure. Clean and dry. But what really sets GTB apart is the service. Gareth and Pete go the extra mile to help and offer advice on all aspects of storage, packing and even transportation of your goods. If you are local and thinking of using a storage facility go to GTB!

I rented space at GTB for a few months prior to a house move early 2016. I found Gareth and other staff to be consistently friendly, helpful and polite. The Unit itself is always clean and tidy with easy but secure access from the adjacent car park. It was always possible to park within a few feet of the entrance. The only downside is that parking is not under cover which would be an added bonus in wet weather.Trolleys were always available for transporting household items to and from the car. I would certainly use this service again and unreservedly recommend GTB as a professionally run, clean and secure storage facility.

Clean and well organised. Good security. Gareth was very helpful and we found the whole process very easy. I would like to give just one thing as a constructive criticism, we moved on a Saturday and we had to get our belongings out of the unit by 3pm. I'm sure a lot of people probably move on this day so we were surprised that we didn't have more time. It did put a lot of stress on my family to get the unit cleared quickly .I would suggest perhaps offering a longer amount of time at weekends or maybe an arrangement for people who have a lot of items in their unit.

Great clean storage place . Easy to park plenty of room .All different size storage rooms.easy to use fob key system .You supply your own padlock for the unit you hire! , as your the only one to have access! .They have sack trolleys for you to use! Very Helpful friendly! Easy to get in touch with ! And my house hold furniture was well looked after kept at GTB. Just the job! Thankyou Guys .

I have stored with GTB Self Store for the past few years and have always found Gareth and Staff polite, friendly and most helpful.

My goods came out of storage the same as they went in, benefitting from a heated during winter facility makes this a great place to store your household goods keeping them in excellent condition.

I also used the sister company GTB Services to help me move my items in and out of the facility which was a great help.

I’d recommend GTB Self Store for all your Self storage needs

After a guided walk around the storage complex at GTB you can’t fail to be impressed.
We chose to use GTB to store our house contents whilst in between homes because of the cleanliness, security and temperature controlled facility. Gareth and Pete were extremely helpful at every stage of the process.
We have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Dealing with Gareth Brooks of GTB Self Store was probably one of my best ever customer experiences. He is just so easy to do business with. Easy to get hold of, does what he says he's going to do and does it quickly in a friendly and professional manner. Easily a 5 Star customer experience, probably 6 * * * * * *.
