Usually really good. I’ve used them several times but I’ve just spoken to someone there that wouldn’t give me his name, obviously in a bad mood or something because he spoke to me like I was something he was trying to scrape from his shoe. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews either

Andy the store manager was incredibly helpful. We've been dealt a pretty rubbish hand with the car we currently have and he was trying everything he could to help us get the correct parts to get our car back on the road. Plus he didn't mind the two toddlers running round the store whilst we waited. Thanks so much for the lovely customer service.

Rude, unprofessionalnand slow customer service. Ordered wipers online turned up to collect, One member of staff serving the other lookong busy after 15 mins of so he eventually decided to serve me. Took the wipers out tp the car to find they don't fit so went back in to be told be the rude abrupt lady that I had ordered the wrong one, when I said no I ordered what the system showed she said yes so you ordered the wrong one not me as its done elsewhere we just pick them. She then said should just have come to store not ordered online. Long story short she didn't have one that fits them and then made a huge fuss about the refund all because she hadn't said you need to sign for the refund. Never again ill stick to Euro carparts.

Service was slow, paid cash got short changed also had a seal missing too. Went to fit my filter and upon open the packaging released the plastic frame around it was all snapped. For the prices they charge I expect better all-round.

Decent staff know what you want even if you don't. Friendly and prices are low too. I'm a normal joe no garage just someone who messes with cars and I buy all my parts here. They can source parts that others can't. And don't charge the earth for it. Highly recommend.
