We are a established family run business with lots of product lines with multiple e-commerce online selling tools. OMNI get the job done perfectly with integrations to all our selling platforms (via mintsoft) and not only do they do the job very well, but they always go above and beyond in the customer service department going the extra mile for any anything you need. We have never regretted using OMNI over other fulfilment (or FBA) during our years working together and long may that continue. We feel they are invested in our business which makes it feel one for all in terms handling our product fulfilment and helping us grow...
Bottom line is we couldn't be happier and will continue to use them as we love it on a professional and personal level....

We used this company for 2 years for e-commerce fulfilment. During that time we suffered from constant mis-picks and the wrong product sent to the wrong customers. OCF rarely retrieved our goods and it cost us a lot of money. They have no procedure for accepting returns and most were simply lost, despite the customers providing proof of delivery. It could take well over a week for goods to be booked in. Orders were frequently not processed for several days and late deliveries have jeopardised our Amazon seller status. The bottom line is that they do not have the processes and procedures in place to run the business successfully. Whilst they might be OK if you have a small business with few products, they will not be able to deal with growth and there are many less expensive options available. The only good thing about OCF is that they use Mintsoft, which works well.

I cannot thank them enough for their advice and for taking over my fulfilment and pick and pack operation that had become too big for me to handle.
