Yesterday morning 14th May, around 11am, a lady called Kellie who works at the coalface in the ticket office at manchester picadilly went above and beyond to facilitate my group with alternative travel to liverpool following an incident on the track which cancelled my original booking. Too often these hard working people get negative reviews, so I'd like to complement this wonderful lady, and thank her for her help.

For all these money, delays,cancelations,no drivers,no seats (cause all off yours costumers are packed) no toilets in some of the trains and bad hygiene conditions I m wondering how you manage to pass all the controls and everything? Your services are terrible!
