Seems like a theme for this post office, looking at the other reviews, but the staff here have got to be the most miserable and irritable people in the retail world. Not even a 'hello', just a scrunched-up face looking back at you - then they just walk off when you've finished. I don't want to hold hands over the counter but it feels like they are making an effort to actually be obnoxious. I'd be embarrassed to actually be on the receiving end of these reviews but some people must care. But maybe that's the problem.

Every single member of this post office is extremely RUDE! Every time I have been in there is a awful atmosphere no one smiles, god forbid you ask to exchange some euros back to English pounds! Christ you would of thought I’d dumped down on the desk and curled one out. I will NEVER go back in this post office! Avoid at all costs unless you like being treated like rubbish that is. Furious is a understatement.

I have been in this post office on numerous occasions and have found the staff extremely rude and obnoxious. I will not be going in again and I would advise to stay away, unless you wanted to be spoken to like rubbish! I would rather travel further afield and use another post office where they are kind, considerate and respectful!!

Literally the rudest people ever. There is one woman in particular who is extremely rude and aggressive but she is clearly in charge of training the others cos they're not much better. Honestly it's a small village you would think they would be bending over backwards to be nice to people. Even though I live in the village I will not use this post office again. If Mrs.Goggings were still alive she'd be turning in her grave.

On the few occasions that I have visited this cosy shop and post office, the staff have been very courteous and polite. Providing quite a varied array of goods, not always available in other post office shops. Thanks. 👏

They have a peculiar way of dealing with customers here - its like they are doing you a favour and they don't appreciate that they have to spend time with you. The problem is that when one behaves in that way, then the others think it is acceptable. Very poor attitude and poor customer service - especially the owners. And I bet they don't recognise any problems with their attitude or behaviour.

Would give 0 stars if it were possible. Genuinely convinced this Post Office is run by idiots. Parcels have been delivered 2 weeks late on 2 occasions after paying for 1st class delivery. Pathetic. Staff are incompetent and rude.
