Normally I come here for a trailer swap and go. Today I had to Trl swap and load on bay. Then after going on the bay, I had to wait in uncomfortable waiting room instead of resting in my cab.
I think it’s a shame that places such and these can’t think of a better system. I have a nice cab I can rest in so I can be fresh for the next leg of my journey, instead I have to get all anxious and stressed in a waiting room.
Where’s the health and safety in that!!
I like those wheel lock bays, where the driver cannot pull off until released by the warehouse team. That would be more appropriate if they’re concerned about drivers pulling off whilst on a red.
Just my opinion. They lose 2 stars for that. Otherwise it’s a 5 star site with friendly and helpful staff.

Yet another dump, you have to sit in the waiting room. They painted the waiting room door whilst I was here so I had to sit in an unventilated small room smelling paint for several hours. Brilliant, let’s moan about health and safety but have no consideration for anyone’s well being. Yet another place that makes you want to stop driving and do something else. No wonder there’s always a shortage of drivers.

Shocking service 6 and a half hours and still counting to tip a 20 foot container. Staff rude. Cant sit in your cab even though they have the keys. Wont be delivering here again. No wonder nobody will work for culina.

Disgraceful place to deliver with a container no longer allowed to stay in cab they expect you to wait in a little room with 5 chairs which are mostly full of agency drivers waiting to start or finish a shift. I told them I’ll drop my trailer and park opposite so I could still see red/green light which they went with eventually, went for my paperwork after being there nearly 4 hours totally ignored by the military robot behind the glass window but got the attention of a nice young lady who advised me my load had been rejected anyway because of 1 leaking can of pop. Hauliers should boycot places like this there’s just no need for it.

When the staff notices you , they are trying to be nice…but most of the time they just ignore you as you were invisible. Worst place to go as a driver. No respect and lots of wasted time

4 hours to tip. Which in itself is not an issue, however, a small waiting room with no outside windows, 5 seats and at one point 12 people in it is not acceptable. I appriciate you have health and safety requirements, but the waiting room imho is a h&s violation in and of itself, not only that but shows an utter lack of regard or respect for visiting and their own drivers.
Of the ten or so great bear/culina sites in the UK I've delivered/collected at, this is the only one with these conditions.

Yet another big company that expects drivers to adhere to booking times that they can’t keep to themselves. 3pm booking and the office staff said it could be hours until I’m unloaded. They actually turned me away at 1:30 for being too early and when I came back, they keep me waiting hours. Awful
