Had to collect parcel from here.
No queues. Car park full with staff cars. Lucky I wasn’t going to be more then 15 minutes otherwise a risk of a parking ticket as it is a double yellow line area.
Note says ring bell for assistance. 3 times tried this. Then noticed a very faint note saying put wires together for bell to ring.
Finally a lovely lady appeared got my parcel very quickly. I said I think you need a new bell she said they won’t bother. I think they are closing down the parcel pick up soon as the lady is leaving and they haven’t replaced her.
So
What this place I guess.

As a Grays resident all I can say for the past year is that this DO is the poorest one I had contact with. They do not follow their own standards, nobody gives a damn. 50% of our delivers get returned to sender, “sorry we were unable to attempt delivery”. I can’t wait for Amzn to cease working with RM. Such poor services.

Booked parcel pickup online & paid £220.00. Requested labels be sent with postie & he was sent without them. This is the 3rd day that postie was sent to my home WITHOUT LABELS. My parcels are STILL setting here. Hogg Lane is full of inept employees who won't accept accountability and will not try to help a customer. They all need replaced !!

The automatic door has not worked in decades, the place is shabby, the staff are lovely. Parking is difficult. Royal Mail still list it at its old location a hundred yards away.

Say delivery attempted at 13.19 property cover by CCTV and ring doorbell guess what no post man on CCTV or RING DOORBELL once again royal mail just lie. Probably why they keep getting fined worst delivery service the UK have

Our postman asked if i could leave my gate open so he can post through letter box.
Today the he left my gate open and let my little dog got out, I was devastated I have just recovering from a cancer op and have limit walking, my dog dosent understand traffic with cars flying around from Rosedale into Maycroft Ave, I live on the corner, if it wasn't for a neighbour who found her, recognised her and bought her back, she could have been run over or stolen. There is a note on gate asking them to shut it. Please can you ask your postman to be more careful.

Horrible delivery service

Are they still on strike or what? Because it always feels like it.
The postmans are never bothering knocking on the door or leaving the parcels in the mailbox- they are just MAYBE leaving a card.
Not having a car and not leaving close by makes it really difficult to collect my parcels.
I will start asking if online shops are delivering with Royalmail and I will just AVOID.

A package was unabled to be delivered to my home, asked my son who lives at the same address to collect from post office for me, he went with all relevent details to collect but the woman refused to give him it as he was not me. still have not got my items. next time I will lend him a dress and get him a wig he can then pretend to be me and get my packages.
