I have used the bus services of Grant Palmer Ltd over the last two months while I've been living in Bedford. In my opinion, having much experience working in the airline, travel and tourism industries, I have found their bus drivers to be very professional and courteous. I can definitely recommend this company, especially driver Gary.

Always gets me to college on time for a good price, often late but traffic rarely permits drivers to meet the schedule perfectly.

It’s unfortunate that students are simply allowed to vape in the back of the bus but there’s little they can do to moderate it.

I have used this 72 & 73 bus for a year to get to and from Bedford and Sandy. The past week, the bus hasn’t showed up and when I check the tracker on their app it shows the bus and after a few minutes it vanished and the bus didn’t turn up.
When I had someone pick me up and driving me home I passed someone who was waiting at a bus stop in Bedford who gets on the same bus I do and they was still waiting there an hour later hoping the bus came! It’s very poor.

Not only was the bus very late, the woman driver didn't smile. Playing loud music. Don't want to hear her choice of loud music thank you.
The windows were too dirty to see the view.
So all in all very unpleasant.

Every day last week the 42 bus from Bedford was minimum 30 minutes late, Friday nearly 2 hours, which GP must figure nobody ever has anywhere to be. This morning the 42 driver from Flitwick completely ignored me while I clearly signalled I wanted to get on. This is only very recent events, having used Grant Palmer a number of times over the years there have been more instances.

UPDATE: Driver did the exact same again this morning. It was the same driver as yesterday!!

UPDATE: I made it clear I wanted to get on, held out my phone with clear light on it to make it impossible to miss me, and the driver still drove straight past me.
Serious question, are you going to do anything Grant Palmer? This was literally the very first bus to Bedford! It looks like the drivers are being encouraged to do this!

Absolutely shocking behaviour from a driver. Not only blocking a turning off a main road but had loads of room in front to pull up. When asked to pull foward he just stared. Then continued to swear which I have on photo ! 72 Bedford bus. Totally disgusting all round! Need to find some better drivers

EDIT 2: After waiting a week, I still have not received any evidence from you to back up your claims so I think we can now all agree that they were fabricated by yourselves to deflect your poor behaviour onto somebody else. You have my email address to send an apology.

EDIT: I have emailed you directly asking to see evidence of your claims because they are grossly untrue and slanderous. Everything in my review is true and factual and it is very apparent you do not like dealing with bad publicity. I expect a reply via email swiftly. You are a business, act like one.

I have now been blocked on WhatsApp after asking for updates on a bus that they told me was on time and running. The bus never turned up and they told me they couldn't locate it and didn't have a solution for me being stuck in Bedford. I told them that's disgraceful and appalling service and now I have been blocked.

Terrible Luton service. CX buses out of scheduled time sometimes even for more then 30minutes!better just been parked yeah while you already late over 35min!!!! BAD SERVICE BAD SERVICE BAD SERVICE how long have to repeat it till you start change something!?!?
