Today 7/30/24, I called to remove our company from the (what feels like) 100 catalogs we receive in the the mail. When I called, Sam in CUSTOMER SERVICE told me that she couldn't help me remove each employee who has ordered that is now receiving a (HUGE WASTE OF RESOURCES) catalog. Every field technician, Project Manager, VP, Marketing VP etc. is receiving a catalog. When I was told I needed to send back every front page of the catalogs to them with "return to sender," I asked to speak to a supervisor. Not only did the supervisor, Kayla, not take my call, I waited on hold for over 15 minutes. After this period, I was told by Sam that they would honor my request of removing each individual. Be known, U-LINE no issues, removed all employees and customer service was impeccable. You got two stars because Kayla had enough sense to take care of the customer, even though she couldn't be bothered to speak with me.

We were led wrong by an hvac technician that said we could buy the part we needed from carrier. When we found out they didn’t sell to the public we called grainger and the tech on the phone, Rob Opal, told us exactly what parts we needed, which store they were in stock at, and emailed us a diagram to install it. When we arrived at this Tampa Grainger the parts were ready for us and the lady at the counter was quick and efficient! Such a positive experience, I will always shop here for our needs!

Took shoes in to trade and 1 of the employees did return wrong! We sat her arguing with 1 of the employee and we asked for a manager and the manager would not come out and talk to us! I think that’s the craziest thing ever…Why wouldn’t a manager come n resolve an issue….Bad Business!! Branch 837

Has extensive online selection of carried items. Can order at home for free in store pickup, or order in store with payment not due until items received. You have 10 days to retrieve the order, or it will be returned.
In store personnel can guide you through narrowing the website choices, with a 2nd screen facing the customer. The item I was researching for purchase had 11k options! The only downsides:
Your in-store screen is for viewing only. Any selections must be completed by the clerk, so you have to communicate clearly, or order from home and pay upfront.
The "store" is more like a kiosk display of items from various categories to demonstrate what items are available online.
