Hi. My husbands car wouldn't start yesterday at the petrol pump for about an hour. We ask in the shop would anyone be able to help us. Two young fellas that worked there went above and beyond to help us. There names were Ryan and Paul. They deserve a medal and nothing was too much for them. They were 2 of the nicest boys we have met and I'm sure they are great workers inside the shop also. Thank you Ryan and Paul without you 2 we would be still sitting at the petrol pump. Well done boys and thank you again. Love from Anne and Bill. Xxx

How do I get refund? Deducted £51 for diesel...took another 100£ ...you wouldn't expect that. Would it come back immediately?

Self cleaning bit was great, 2 pounds a go and the snow foam dispenser seems to disolve all the bird poo and road dirt really well, then another 2 pounds to wash it off. Good deal.

Took my car through the mega wash as I was down in that area.
£12 seems a bit steep of a price but wanted to try it.
It took off my electric fuel cap and snapped the mechanism on the inside. I had only noticed the day after it happened and contacted them 4 times but didn’t hear back. I had called them again and they told me they have the fuel cap. I drove down to collect the fuel cap and got a call the next morning to say they had found more bits of my car!!
£458 quote to get it repaired.

If you ever fill up your vehicle here and if the machine runs out of paper then no luck of getting your fuel receipt for your business expense claim! There is a call button on the pump when you press it then you come cross most arrogant person on the phone! The customer service is absolutely disgraceful! Still not received my fuel receipt and I will never buy from this company again. Just pay extra and better stick with the face to face customer service elsewhere!

Just stopped on the way back from the airport and I just wanted to fuel my car with petrol and I put in 31£ got a receipt for that only to realise that another 119 £ was taken from my account impossible to contact or to get it back why is this happening
