I took my parcel from here and when I wanted to return it immediately, they told me that they do not accept big parcels and told me to return it in another shop. I went to that shop today and surprise, they do not work with the company!! I don’t understand how a post office can’t accept bigger parcels as return isn’t that your job? Secondly, how can you irresponsibly send me off to another office without having any right information? Now I am off to my third post office because of this nonsense. Definitely do not recommend.

I don’t know how this place is still open! Our neighbourhood deserved better than rude incompetent people who constantly bully the poor to elderly and are only pleasant if you look rich. The post office should be a public service not a place for a franchisee to pick and choose which packages are “worth their time” and are profitable for them and which aren’t.
Our neighbourhood deserved better! I don’t know how this works in the UK, but someone should start a petition to get this franchise team removed and the location handed to someone else to manage! If anyone knows how to do that here, please circulate it, you will find a lot of people to join in based on the reviews here!
Just awful people! Go just about anywhere else if you can.

They sale SIM card for almost triple the price, 25 for 50gb. And it should be 7.5pounds. Fantastic. Do not try to ask the money back, You can’t. They don’t even print the receipt. Disgusting. Shame on you.

Staff chit chats about their personal life while processing your parcel and when I asked if he could finish my order, he said it’s about work like I couldn’t hear behind the glass! The lady was talking to this third person too.
Even people in the queue could hear they’re talking about non-work related things and were upset too.

Apart being slow and make people wait longer, they could make a mistake.
And when I said cancel because I’m late for work because it’s taking so long, the old man said “hold the box” to his colleague “she has to pay”. Very hostile. I felt like I was a criminal running away from the payment. Horrible environment.
Avoid at all costs this post office. It doesn’t even feel like it’s a real post office but a souvenir shop staffed by people that know nothing about customer service.

I wouldn’t be surprised if my parcel “gets” lost. However, I took a photo of the staff and will take action if it happens so.

I can only put one star not zero, but it was a very UNPLEASANT experience when I sent my parcel in this shop. The staff in this post office are feeling like racists. I was sending my DPD parcel, and they asked me to tape it even though my parcel was already well packed. So I have to buy the tape from their shop, which costs £5, for a tape. And then they asked me to tape the parcel in a rude way, and hurt my hands. And their working efficiency is so worrying, they were chitchat most of the time, and they don't understand normal English.

I went to get my document send international and they pass me to another lady and I paid 9.58£ for a shipping and I already make sure with them that I want to send it international and the lady later told me this was for the uk delivery , and they wasn’t trying to pay me back the money , they asked for my number as I tell them to check the camera for evidence of me asking them. They said they going to call me the next day for payment back if I did said I want to send my document international. And they never call back and the stuffs was rude , they all have zero accountability especially the woman who serve at the counter of the shipping. And now they blocked my number. Oh well to each theirs own. It’s not the facts that I care so much about the money back but it’s the fact they do not running theirs business with integrity, loyalty. Anyways one day theirs business will eventually lost it customers maybe not today but it will happened. I believe I have not done anything wrong. I pray the Lord did them how they did me. Amen

The people at this post office are racist. They do not take the initiative to provide receipts and behave particularly rudely when you ask for them. No one is responsible for anything. It is also very difficult for people in the post office to understand normal English. I even suspect that it will lose my documents and pray that they will return to India.

I have always had a positive experience in this post office. The staff are patient and always prepared to find a way in more complex situations. One time a staff member went above and beyond to track a parcel for me that I had sent a few days earlier. Thank you.
