I bought a Stribog SP9 A1 and it came with a damaged thread on the muzzle. I asked if this could be repaired and was sent an expedited shipping label at no charge with less than a week turn around on the repair. No hassle, courteous and committed to doing right by their customers. I would absolutely not hesitate to do business with these guys!

I ordered a pdw stock for my stribog on a Tuesday and was concerned when USPS had the tracking as showing "label created" for DAYS! I emailed Global Ordnance and asked what was going on and they very quickly responded and assured me that the item was with the post office and had been shipped. After another 2 days I emailed them again and they responded very quickly assuring me that it was on its way but if there was no update by Monday then they would reach out and work with the post office. Sunday the post office updated the status and it should arrive today, Monday. I was really happy with how quickly they responded to my emails.

He was professional, patient, thoroughly answered all of my questions, and indicated that he would follow-up to make sure the rest of the order gets shipped.
