Received my shipment from China in perfect condition, the service from Global Freight was first class from receiving the quotation to delivery to my door. I have used a lot of different freight companies in the past and had good and bad experiences. I will be using Global Freight again for my next shipment and many more to come.

Very disappointed and poor service of the staff member Zoe. I am doing business with this company since 2015. Richard is professional but the staff member is non professional. One Zoe mistake cost me £600 and when the goods delivered 1 pallet was missed! Again it shows non professional work!

I met Richard by pure chance due to a collection from a supplier but got taking to him.
Since then he has professionally navigated me through one of the most difficult times in shipping history.
Advised me where and how i can save costs to keep my goods coming in and more importantly my business going and even growing .
I used another company before this that i had shipped a lot though them but dropped me for the highest bidder it seemed. It’s fair to say that i will now be sticking to global most importantly Richard as it’s good to work with him and gives me the right support .
