To the post office lady at the counter that threw my letter away after I slipped my stamped letter throw the glass door. You can do better than that, just be reminded that tempering with the post is a criminal offence.

How is it possible that a pickup cannot be done in the post office?! How does it make any sense?

Customer service staff are disrespectful and poor mannered people. Saying if their name is not on the parcel, it cannot to delivered, they cannot accept it.

Is this a private enterprise?

I don't know. One of the staff there was so gentle. But the other one was gentle and rude at the same time. But the office is maintained neatly.

This post office got the worst employees who provide the worst services. Specially, there’s an aged lady wears glasses who will never help you to resolve your issues, rather she will create troubles for you. I have encountered plethora of problems and every time it was her who actually tried to put me in trouble rather than solving the issues. Try to avoid this particular post office.

Asked for forms for driving licence and for car, said they don't have forms and don't know when, the next day someone got it from there during my visit so maybe it's my race.
Staff should be more polite and friendly and helpful. Not just throw letters and next customer.
