Great shop, bought something through their online shop, got a confirmation email but didn't know if it was being delivered like other, usually bigger, companies do, however called the shop and they reassured me they had sent it and I'd receive an email from royal mail when it would be out for delivery. Packaging was a little lackluster so could've been damaged easily, however I was lucky and everything was in good shape. Other than that, a great shop, would love to visit it in person but as far as the online side of things, it is great👍🏼

The online store is great. Delivery is fast and the system seems to work well. No complaints about that, and it's the only thing saving it from a one-star review.

The physical store however.... that's another thing entirely. This is now the third time this year (2022) I've been in Leicester thinking I'll pop in to buy some things, only to find a handwritten note hastily taped to the door telling me it's closed. The previous time it was because staff were ill (I don't remember the reason for the first one) which is fair enough I guess, but this time the reason was simply that they're 'too busy' and would rather deal with online orders instead. No post on Facebook either, so you only find out by arriving at the store.

This is a huge pain in the bum at the best of times, but because of the location of the store you have to pay to park unless it's after 6, and there's nothing else near it, it's tucked away in the middle of some dodgy, pseudo-industrial side streets, so it's a giant 'screw you' to those who come in specifically to use the shop and only find out at the door they've wasted their money.

At least post something to your Facebook page. It's unprofessional to run to a business with designated opening hours and then not stick to them because you have other priorities. Or at least have the decency to lie 😅, and have the note tell us people are ill, or give an non-specifc reason. This note basically says "our online customers are more important than YOU, who physically came to the store, so bad luck".

Ordered from this store off of Amazon and the product was meant to be received on the 18th of January. However, it has not been received. Yet, Gifts for Geeks seem to be helping me as much as possible which is great to see.

Rude and unhelpful service. Travelled 50 minutes to get something specific was told to come back another day as they were too busy. Guy on the till just standing around on his phone. Avoid unless you absolutely have to go.

Amazing store I got trading card refills to put trading cards in for 15p each I got 46 pages for £6.90 and I was so happy and I definitely going there again much cheaper then WHSmith and the Pokemon cards sun and moon are only £3.49 each pack and they do Star Wars destiny cards and it's listed as gifts for geeks and they have a website as well and in store the staff are very nice and they got tables to play trading cards and close to hay market bus station
