Would give 0 stars if I could Steven signed me up to a lease on a property that was a mess and he promised to clean it all up before I moved in but after the lease was signed he wiped his hands of the place the guy is that useless that the landlord ended up binning him off as he replaced the original shop front with a cheap upvc shopfront that went further out into the road and caused the council to intervene which in turn cost the landlord £12000

Don’t use Gifford Dixon unless you want an incomponent letting agent that gets everything wrong
