Sorry for delay in sending a review…awaiting broadband connection ?
Brilliant move with Salisbury Removals who stepped in to get us moved on 3rd January after previously booked company couldn’t do it. Gavin and Darren were brilliant, professional, helpful and friendly. They took great care of our possessions and everything has arrived safe and sound! We enjoyed their company on a stressful day ?safe journeys in 2025.
We must also mention Annie, the first port of call at end of phone. She was great and answered all emails and returned phone calls promptly. We understand she had just joined the firm….so well done Annie ?

What a fantastic organisation. Customer care and service was excellent from start to finish. We had lived in our house for 35 years so had accumulated an awful lot of stuff. Six vans were needed to move us and up to six men were with us to pack, load and un-load over five days - a real feat of endurance and patience on their part. The job was completed with good humour, great skill and excellent competence - we couldn't have appointed a better company to entrust with our belongings and all done for a very competitive price. Thank you Salisbury Storage and Removals - you made a very stressful process a pleasure.

Absolutely fantastic service. Super friendly customer care team who were only too happy to help, even when our moving dates kept slipping to the right. The removals team took great care of our belongings and delivered them in perfect condition and without any damage. Top that off with the best quote by far, I couldn't sing their praises enough. Would use Salisbury Removals again in a heart beat!

Seriously good company, to deal with from start to end. They have the patience of a saint, a complete understanding of what some people go through when moving.
The three chaps that moved us were brilliant, polite, helpful and hard working, and consumed tea at huge volumes?. They were Warren, Guy and Gary. Very good price! No damages. I highly recommend them.

Have used Salisbury storage Old Sarum to store my house contents while waiting to move. Very good price. I had to extend by an extra week after a few months and I was able to do this at a weekly rate which was extremely helpful. You need to make sure you buy a lock and know how to open a shipping container otherwise you will feel silly! The site is unmanned but is out of the way and there is CCTV and a securely locked entrance. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this company . Fair price and can’t do enough for you . Tamara at office is so welcoming. Gavin and Guy were the two with all the hard work on the day and they were amazing . Nothing was too much trouble for them and gave a sense of calm all day . Thanks

Good as new container was in excellent condition, clean and dry. 24/7 access to secure and convenient site (Old Sarum airfield). Does rely on other customers to keep secure although CCTV present so felt confident not an issue. Secure container lock available at additional cost. Excellent comms via email and text where necessary. Overall, good value for money - especially as the container can be kept on a week by week basis (notice dependent) after paying for the first month. Wouldn’t think twice about using again. Many thanks!

Salisbury Container Storage are very professional, helpful and friendly to their customers. Storage yards are always clean and tidy and storage containers are in excellent condition, good peaceful locations with security systems.
