They were employed by a furniture supplier to direct a delivery to me. I had the number so gave them a quick tinkle to see when our delivery was coming.
A lovely lady took the call checked on the status. She kindly informed us of an eta and there maybe problems due to an accident in the area.
Item turned up as expected and in great condition. The subby they used was a professional and courteous man. Great comms and would be glad to receive a delivery from them again should they be used by any supplier.
