Very good company. Had a driver, Mike, very accomodating to my girlfriend who is a wheelchair user, helped so much and had a great sense of humour. Would love to have him again as our driver! Thank you so much for today's experience x

Thank you so much for your lovely driver picking me up from Kingskerswell and dropping me back to Paignton at short notice on a Sat eve. Lovely lady on the switch too. Excellent service and reasonable price too. Will def book again for the same trip again next time. Very impressed. 5 stars all round!

Kept my 80 year old mum waiting for over a hour from 11pm to past midnight and after repeated promises of 20 mins or 5 mins away no one showed up. To be fair they didnt know it was for her but then wouldn't take a call and kept hanging up on me as they obviously recognised my voice or number. Female telephone operator, didn't get name . I was never rude or outspoken or anything I just wanted updates so if needed I could arrange something else. Shame as mum uses Carl a lot in the day for stuff. Won't use again, sorry Carl

Michael b was the best taxi driver in the world. A* for hill starts and for advise on snacks. He is also a prime contestant for the chase. Lots of general knowledge. 10:/10

Friend rang up for a taxi to a local place (10 mins from newton) and got hung up on, awful customer service and wouldn't recommend.

taxi turned up over an hour late. we phoned to find out where it was to be told it had broken down and they were sending another taxi and it would be 5 minutes. we phoned again after 20 minutes to find out where it was to be told it would be ten minutes. in the end it was over an hour late and when it arrived it didnt have enough seats for my family. The taxi driver had no idea of our destination
really awful service, would not bother again with this company.
