Whilst not our acting estate agent, Sam did an excellent job in smoothing the path during the purchase of our new home which had quite a few complicated issues. He always responds even out of offices hours, he was both friendly and very proffessional and had a vast knowledge of not only the property we were buying but all the hiccups that can be associated with buying rural one off properties. He brought a calmness and a level headness to what could otherwise have been a very stressful process. Living in the city Galbraith's is not an estate agent we were previously familiar with, however, should we ever wish to sell our new home Sam and his team at Galbraiths would definitely be our go to estate agent.
