Started good got me some jobs, then the first woman I had just ignored my calls and texts and didn’t bother informing the company if I was out sick.

Then the next guy they moved me to was better for a period, until the company I was working for fired me for unscheduled leave even tho I confirmed it with them and fusion. After that he didn’t back me and just outright ignored my messages again.

A bad company with even worse practices. Shown by their responses back to the “good” reviews and none others.

I suppose before even writing this review the agency will try and defend themselves, however it needs to be said.

I was offered some work and was told to send a passport scan with a view to starting the following week. I did not receive confirmation of when I was to be starting, a name of a contact to speak to, or even whether there was any work going in the first place.

I now look like a liar because I told my Landlord I will be working again.
This place is a 2-bit firm. Avoid.

Brillant I seen the job on indeed and rang up and enquired about the job they told me that I would need to pop in and do a quick and easy assessment, so I arranged to pop in as I was in leicester that day, I was told that the contract was to start in 2 weeks time.

I was in a temporary position and had the choice between the 2 jobs but the benefits I get from the company work for now out weighed the job that I was in at the time, after doing my probation period of 16 weeks I got taken on full time. The only reason I had to do 16 weeks was due to the fact that the company I now work for, it was christmas and new year so i had to wait till the next pay month started.

Fusion never let me down with any payments I always got paid every Friday without any hassle and I received all my holiday payment that I had accrued in my final payment.

Would I pass there number on to a friend or family member yes with out a doubt!!! Thank you fusion and thank you to the 2 young ladies for getting me a full time job with excellent benefits.
