The shop does not display the opening hours of the post office counter on the front / public face... I did mention it to the staff which showed that they were under staffed and nothing was done. Public require it. Regardless of using the net to check on it. Indian do the right thing !

Says it is open until 10pm on their own website. Seems staff get to pick and choose what service they provide and when they are happy to do them. I was told today Post Office counter is open from 7am until 7pm and not the hours they themselves state. Parcelforce left my parcel here rather than deliver it to my home which is what I paid for, ombudsman should take away there license. As a disabled person at least treat me like a human being!

How is it that the post office attracts the most exploitative people out there.

Constantly trying to overcharge you and sneak in costs wherever they can.

Come here, treat them like really untrustworthy business partners and leave as soon as you can.

Only redeeming factor is they're friendly while they milk you and the shop is clean.

Awful. Haven't updated timings on google so never actually open when you need it. The owner is aware and hasn't rectified.

They keep changing the closing time of their post office service while they advertise on Google that this service is available until 10pm. Some days the service is available until 10 pm, the next day the service closes at 8pm, the day after at 7pm. When I arrived today around 7.30pm to hand my parcel, I was simply told :"post is closed". When questioned about the reason why this service now closes at 7pm on weekdays, the person behind the till doesn't even bother looking at you or responding to you and simply continues counting his coins! No joke! A total lack of manners and not a single inch of respect for the customer. DO NOT bother wasting your time NOR your energy with these con merchants. They're just rude people TO SAY THE LEAST!!!! If you need a post office service, not far from there on Dawes street is another post office with respectful persons who unlike these con merchants do value customers.

Please be careful with opening hours! I carried a lot of boxes, and when i arrived the staff member adviced that they close at 7PM and it has been like this for two months. Two months and did not adjusted opening hours Such a waste of money and time!

Very rude staff and shows no respect to customer. They got confused about the queue for shoppers and queue for post office and when I politely point out I should be next the in line after waiting for 15 mins they started becoming rude. When asked for receipt for pre-paid parcel drop off the guy flipped his pocket and showed his empty pocket to me and was saying I did not pay anything. I have no idea what need to be paid to drop off a pre-paid parcel. If he's not happy with this post office service probably he should stop doing post office services. This is the worst post office service I've ever had. The many one star reviews tells the same message.
