I wouldn't recommend using this company at all. They will increase their prices and not formally tell you. They start cheap but increase a lot when you are in contract, which makes it hard to leave because the costs are extremely high for pick and pack.

They constantly tell you stock is missing from shipments, even when it isn't. When I moved companies a lot of the stock they said was missing showed up in the delivery.

The service is so poor. You will always be in the wrong and there isn't anything you can do about it and it will cost you.

They are many hidden costs, which aren't discussed.

Orders are shipped to customer in a careless manor and when you decide to leave you are treated poorly.

I would recommend doing research for an fulfilment because there are much better out there

A great platform for my business.
After a bad experience with our first 3PL, we wanted a partner who could manage the complexity of our wholesale activity (carton picks, pre-advice documentation, timed deliveries etc) and offer us the option to expand into markets like Germany and Central Europe. In my opinion, the app is what sets Fulfilmentcrowd apart; it has given us control over our stock, supply chain and orders. I am happy to recommend to others.

13 cartons from the UK to Australia and this is how they're packed. The yellow tape is from DHL having to repack and secure the valuable goods inside. The products inside have just been thrown in with zero care.

We used Fulfilment Crowd as our 3PL provider in the UK and their attention to detail was at zero. Lost packaged, late packages, etc. Constantly dealing with 'lost in transit'...

Avoid at all costs.
