I placed my first order. Had the first meal, wasn't too bad, but never got sauce for BBQ chicken burrito and never got the same veg inside. Should be in roasted paprika but I got inside red&white cabbage plus carrots. It's weird. Sounds like the sweet chilli burrito, but that one is the same and no sauce. I will buy sauce for them of course. Other meals looks nice, I will try them soon, but burritos dissapointing me.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. Despite us being loyal customers the company do not offer strong customer service. If you don’t select your meals in time (which we accept responsibility for), there is no flexibility for the meals they select for you. They do not consider your taste or preferences and send you the worst possible options that are inedible. They could easily look at past orders and select meals you actually like but it is quite the opposite. The meals are minimum £8 each which in my opinion is crazy! Often the meals have a ridiculous amount of chilli in. Some are very bland eg Greek chicken tabbouleh, Malaysian sweet potato curry. They also have removed a lot of the meals that had potatoes in and replaced it with rice which makes it especially bland. The meals used to be better value for money at £6 each. I feel the company is trying to cut corners to maximise profits with little regard for their consumers. We are going to order from a different company from now on.

Cannot rate these guys high enough! Parcel was due to be delivered today but due to the weather DPD cancelled the parcel.. just had a knock at the door hand delivered by James himself so customers didn’t miss out!

Never had service like that before 👏 meals are great quality and taste amazing too! Customer for life 👌

Can easily recommend Fuel Hub. I've been using them on-and-off for a long time, and whenever I use them, I'm happier with my meals, my diet is on-track, and orders are delivered perfectly.

We’ve been exchanging emails throughout the day today - my order has been verified. So why would you say you don’t recognise this order? Accepting feedback and taking it on board looks much better than trying to lie and do damage control.

Meals have been consistently way off in terms of calories and weight the last 2 weeks. See picture attached. - more than 100grams less than stated weight.

Meal prep is purchased to support calorie and macro goals. Sort this out or you’re about to lose a regular customer. Be more diligent with your packaging process.

Myself and my partner have tried so many different meal prep companies over the years. This is by far the best! There's such a varied selection of meals to choose from. The food is always so tasty! Also, has good expiry dates of the meals. When I needed support their customer service replied to my email in under an hour. Very impressed with the whole company 🙂

Overall, the meals have been tasty and delivered on time.

The random selection sent when I forgot to select my meals, was well balanced and somehow seemed to complement my previous selections well. Not sure how they're chosen but it's impressive!

I unfortunately had to cancel my subscription due to inconvenience where my order was cancelled by the courier as it was damaged. Not a Fuel Hub issue though and a prompt refund was issued, so customer service is on point!

Highly recommended for anyone looking for tasty balanced meals to support their healthy lifestyle.
