I rarely leave bad reviews, but this visit was honestly a letdown. First off, they were completely out of chips — which was half the reason I came. Waited in the queue for 15 minutes with no warning, no apology, just a “we’re out.” To be told all they had was burgers. Then we decided to settle for a burger then apon the time we got are food they had shut the upstairs seating area and no tables where free. After we got served we heard the owner talk to the a women behind us and offered her the last chips without offering us first. Overall bad experience.

This is your five star fast food restaurant. Always busy in the evening. Staff stays there for many years and sometimes can see all the families working there.
I don't sit in, but probably should as chips are the best while then and there. Chips never sit there for long. Even if they cooked chips ahead they would not let them sit there in a hot plate for more than 10 mins and they always cooked from fresh. Same with chicken. These two are the main for this fine establishment.

Ordered food and speed of service phenomenal. With the aged relatives and forgot milk and they give me small portion of milk (no charge) for their cuppa in car. Young fellow that served pleasant and helpful

Really tasty food for great prices and the service is great too. Definitely one of the best chicken burgers I’ve ever had as well here. The gravy was alright but the chips could definitely be better, although overall I still had a great experience and will be returning for more great food

No adult staff not much use. They can't explain there own menu. Had to ask for every little thing napkins the kids little toy salt ketchup. Can you please clean the table
Can you also wipe the table down. Upstairs basically forgot about old food and trys etc forgot about...

Love this place the chicken burgers are amazing loadsa coleslaw (must have). Chips are great too a bit of a treck from Belfast tho ha defo worth the 46mile round trip

I stop here every time I visit Banbridge and I’m never disappointed. Best friar tucks branch in my opinion (I’ve tried them all). Friendly staff, always clean and of course the coleslaw is the highlight of any meal there.

Best place for pizzas in town. Also they do a deal 2 pizzas for £13.99 which is unbelievable and unbeatable . Defo recommend!!
