It’s an ok place. If you are colour blind then avoid. Markings need to be clearer for someone new and those that go there rarely like me and forget where areas are.

They changed few things there, now you have to go through scanners from left side then to vbs machines for location instead of talking to person on window for locations.

Yeah not bad, could be a tad more helpful with some extra signs about re where to queue, but this might be a freightliner thing generally as Cardiff is the same. Perhaps is just me being stupid ... it all works out in the end and the lifter drivers are good guys after all.

Guys - put on your thinking caps. This is a difficult place to access and navigate to. Low bridges, poor signage, narrow turns and that’s before you even arrive. Think ahead before taking your artic to this container depot. Check out Google Maps (Satellite and Street View) before arriving in Birmingham - if your transport manager cannot provide you with Delivery Point information. Good luck!

All staff really friendly and helpful in the cranes etc , the guy who answers the vbs questions has got a great sense of humour and always so cheerful 😊

Since the vbs system has been put i never have a problem going here it's a quick turn around to get a box lifted and a box on sometimes it only takes minutes and you are out the gates. It's made my job alot easier. The staff on the intercoms are very helpful too just incase your box has failed to deck.
