Driver delivered a pallet, smashed and a box missing, I've put damaged on the pod he said, of course we went to make a claim and guess what he hadn't done. Couldn't claim, even with pictures of the pallet and the driver. Make sure you check a damaged delivery is properly recorded. Lorry sh18txb,

Freight Movement Ltd have the worst drivers, completely blind to what's infront of them! I was sitting in my car idle and one of your lorries have driven into the rear passenger side of me! Leaving me in tears, pain and complete shock, alongside with a ruined vehicle.

The driver would have completed crushed my car and me if it wasn't for my frantic beeping for him to stop and realised he's hit the passenger rear end of my car.

Better training needs to be given. How can I be completely still and a lorry drive forward and into me and not even notice?

Drivers have 0 self awareness or consideration for other road users. Completely blocked off a road because it was more convenient for them
