Freeman Homes are a superb company to deal with from Claire in the office - Paul who oversees the work done on site and makes sure everything is up to scratch. Richard who does the painting and decorating to a very high standard and is a very nice guy. Any problems are fixed very quickly. I can’t speak highly enough of this company and their staff. Thank you very much.

So I had a lovely child- and wife-free weekend, so I thought I’d book a viewing of a few properties at Freeman Homes Credenhill. Jo was my 1st point of contact and she booked me in with Yvonne. I arrived and was welcomed by Yvonne. We went to look at a house I thought was for us; however, she did let me know about one that had just cancelled. At this point, I thought it was too small, but I’ll have a look 👀. I instantly fell in love with the house, the plot, and the quality. Yvonne still proceeded to show me the house I originally wanted to see, but I was already sold. I booked my wife in 2 days later to come and see it, and very quickly, it was the house we always wanted and we placed a deposit.

All I can say is the service from Yvonne and Jo was brilliant. It really made buying a house a really exciting experience. They helped relive the stress and really made us feel part of a team. They should really be rewarded for the experience they provide.

Moving on to our beautiful home. All I can say is you don’t buy a new home not expecting a few snags, and that’s part of the experience. It’s a new house untested, but what I can say is Claire and Paul from customer care are perfect. They want and will make sure everything is as it should be. They go the extra mile and give you so much support. This is important, and I do believe that you do not get this at any other new build developer. I cannot stress how good this company is and the people they have working for them. Craig has made a huge impact on our experience and is brilliant at providing swift support and fixes to any issue. There is nothing too small that Freeman’s won’t put right if something is wrong.

All I can say is the houses are top quality, the service is next to none, and the experience is just what you should have buying a new build property. We spent months dealing with other developers and hated the experience, but this was just amazing. All I can say is buy your new house from Freeman’s and get the experience you deserve.

From my first visit to the sales office to 18 months later in residence. Elaine supported me through the purchase process and was definitely a selling point herself and then Claire and the aftercare team took over. Attention to detail for the smallest correction has been like no other after sales I have ever experienced. I have bought through two other national new home companies and they are no where near the caliber of Freeman Homes. If I ever decided to move again I would choose Freeman Homes without a doubt!

Had the most fantastic experience with Freeman Homes, Yvonne @ Credenhill is an absolute credit to the company. She was so attentive with nothing too much trouble as we cycled through the options of kitchens, carpets, tiles, bathrooms and so on.
The quality of the houses and consideration to the green aspects and future proofing of the houses is second to none and makes them tower over many national companies so I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Can’t knock the selling of these properties, they use phrases like “better than the rest”, “best of quality”, “the builders really care”, “we want you to be happy”. You feel special, trust is embedded into you so you want to buy a new build even with all the horror stories and doubts, until you actually buy one, then you realise the premium cost of their homes are based on a spurious reputation.

They are no better than any other cheap, budget developer. Such a disappointment, more reviews to follow with picture of our horror stories, hopefully this is an eye opener.

Having never purchased a new build house before we have been impressed with the style and efficiency of our new home. Unlike most other new builds we saw Freemans include many quality fixtures and fittings as standard not extras. From initial enquiry to moving in and beyond staff are friendly and welcoming, yet professional. We absolutely love our Freeman home!

Just another cowboy builder, no quality control. Terrible build quality, false awards, do not buy and save yourself the stress and heartache!

From complete floors being replaced to shoddy paint jobs to cover up faulty render, apparently its all within the acceptable quality standards they adhere to.

We visited freeman homes at the credenhill site. We were greeted by Jo. She was extremely helpful and showed us around one of the empty properties. Most developments tend to show you the show home which is never realistic. Jo gave us all the time we needed and gave us good advice as first time buyers. She put us in touch with a fantastic mortgage advisor also. Thankyou Jo and we are looking forward to purchasing are freeman home.
