Just read the last review and cant believe it.My wife and I use Frazers travel all the time and have always found the staff very pleasant and extremely helpfull.
They advise on hotels and places to go and see and take the time to chat to us.they even make us tea or coffee.Never ever rude or make us feel unwelcome.Always polite and funny,we feel like they're our friends.Keep up the great work.We'll be in soon to book our next trip.Look forward to seeing you all again.

Some members of staff are extremely rude particularly a male employee who spoke to us as if his time was worth more and he does not get paid to deal with our questions and queries regarding a holiday, the audacity he had to speak to my mother in a disrespectful tone is disgusting and recommended Thorne travel as they are more professional and do not make people feel belittled and treat everyone as equals, however there was one woman who was very helpful, unfortunate that she has to work alongside such a cheeky little man

Booked our Honeymoon through them a few years back on there recommendation, It was the wet season, Never mentioned that, It was a cyclone when we got there.

Attitudes were terrible. Never again will I set foot in the place, Hapoy to take your money.
