Aimee from the US location was very helpful and consistent with her issue-solving. There are many forwarding websites that I have tried that have take weeks to solve an issue. And some would not even care to get back to the customer with updates regarding the issue. However, this never happened to me at forward 2 me. forward2me is so far literally have the best customer service and the best prices that I have had really. And Aimee is the best at forward2me US .

I had some trouble filling the delivery informations' fields for the german warehouse and Aimee's help was great and immediate, she even took time to edit the screenshot I've sent to show me how to do it correctly!
