I called spontaneously on Saturday morning to rent a Suzuki jimny. They don't actually work on Saturdays, but they still offered to give me the car at my preferred time on the same day!
Everything is very uncomplicated, professional and yet informal.
You are picked up from the hotel and taken to the rental car. After dropping off the car, you are driven to your next accommodation. The service is absolutely brilliant.

Best possible car rental! We were met off the Caledonian Sleeper at Fort William station and given keys to our car which was waiting right outside the station. We did all our paperwork before arriving at FW, and while this was a little cumbersome it meant that on arrival we were on our way within minutes. Friendly, efficient and a very nice car in good condition - can’t ask for anything more and waaaaaaay better than the global rental brands.

Our car rental experience was simple and flawless from the beginning to end. Communication was clear, professional and didn’t leave out any details. On the morning of our rental, we were contacted by Seumas with exact details of where to meet at Fort William train station. He was there to meet us and greeted us by name with a welcoming smile! Our rental was a brand new car which was not a familiar model to us. He took the time to explain controls and got us on our way. On our return to Fort William train station to drop off the car, we hit a lot of traffic and were running late to catch our train. He assured us we were fine and worked with us to assure a timely return of the rental car. We will 100% rent from them in the future!

Great personal service and immaculate car. The cars they rent are set up for Highlands travel on roads that may be very rough. Better, heavy-duty tires and the wheel covers are fastened to the wheel so they don't go flying off. You will realize how important this is once you get going. Apple CarPlay was very convenient for navigation. It felt like we were working with a long-time friend while making all the arrangements.,

Superb little hire car company with very personable service. Had a Suzuki Jimny I picked up from Fort William train station, for circa Ten days. wasn't cheap, but excellent fun, and worth it for getting round the NC500 near winter (Nov 2022)

Well…it all started out great. Car hire driver met us on time & communicated well. Car was as expected.
Our few days of travel ended on Friday. We dropped the car and called them to meet at both numbers they provided. No voice mail. No response. We texted them. We emailed them. We called again and again. Nothing…absolutely nothing. It is now Monday. We are trying to be positive that maybe someone forgot we had the hire and they took the bank holiday weekend off. We hope the car is fine when they respond. We had no choice but to leave it and notify them of such.
When thinking about the non-response we are very fortunate the vehicle had no mechanical issues as we would have had to address this without their aid. Very unprofessional and a bit frightening for tourists from another country.
For this reason I would never recommend this company and sadly they were highly rated. Use Easy Car for your needs on your travels. They are part of an amazing group who can also help coordinate West Highlands Way baggage transport and fun excursions too!
