Disgraceful 'customer service'.
Identify theft!

We've just moved to our first home with Gas. No idea how the LPG system works.
Well to our dismay, a letter comes through with my name on it and a bill for tank rental since February! We moved in April and have never opened an account with them.

How did they get my details? Why no introduction letter to welcome us to our new home? Nope, just give us your money now or there's consequences.

I phoned them and oh my goodness, I spoke to such a rude pettifogger. If I employed him, I'd tell him to pack his bags. He lost out on such an easy sale. Now I'm taking the hard way out and taking my business elsewhere.

Good riddance and I hope you rebrand and hire new staff that knows how to communicate politely and respectfully to customers.

A quite appalling company that exploits its monopoly position and has no thought for the environment. We signed up to a 2 year contract with the above company in November 2024 when we moved to a house with LPG heating. We were paying 66p a litre for LPG but in March they increased the price to 75p a litre. Because we were interested in trying to reduce our carbon emissions we researched LPG and discovered BioLPG. We enquired 4 times with Flogas to see if they could supply this and they ignored our enquiry.

So we approached Calor and discovered they could provide BioLPG for 54p a litre - 21p a litre cheaper and more sustainable! We therefore asked Flogas if they could release us from our contract because we had a cheaper and more sustainable source of fuel. But they refused. We appealed also querying whether they could supply BioLPG. They have again refused and confirmed they won’t supply the more sustainable fuel.

They are clearly exploiting what is essentially, for them, a monopoly.

Not only is this unfair but given what we are all trying to do to reduce carbon emissions it's invidious.

Absolutely disgusting.

I bought my gas bottles over the phone and had them delivered.

I then received a letter 6 month's later through the post, saying I'd been under charged and given a bill.

This matter will be taken further, you are clearly untrustworthy.

I will no longer be buying from you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY A LITTLE MORE USE SONEONE ELSE. We are a bulk customer. Out of contract. Just had house lifed above epc c as per government regs for renting. Went whole hog and future proofed by making it high efficiency again in line with government net zero targets being thrust upon us. So as per there terms and conditions new installation and new service provider uplift fee not applicable. However they wont come and uplift until we agree to pay 550 plus vat. They ignore the terms and conditions even though they tried to say the fee was per their terms and conditions. Would love to hear from anyone who has had similar. As they are forcing us to pay for something we cant use because now on electirc and solar. Or pay to take away. Im charging them storage and speaking with net zero groups. I will follow up to the end. But they are bullying. Coercive and extorting. Its unbelievable

I reported the smell of gas by my meter and was immediately advised to carryout a set of procedures with the assistance of the engineer by phone. Within a short period of time an engineer arrived at my premises and not only rectified the fault but recommended the replacement of my meter and housing for various reasons, all of which was reported back to Flogas. I couldn't fault the service I received in anyway. Excellent.

Worst gas company I've ever encountered. Appalling customer service, complete lack of respect towards customers and zero accountability for multiple mistakes. Received rude, condescending emails from a Senior Customer Relationship Advisor who refused to do anything to help and just said that their comments are final. Avoid at all costs.

Really impressed with the customer service and service in general.
We ran out of gas (only for gas hob) on Monday evening; rang Tuesday morning and was told delivery the following week; explained that we had run out so they said that they would try to expedite delivery; delivery before 9am the next day. Thank you 🙂

Been trying to sort relocation of bulk tank since Feb 2021, 3 different surveyors, 3 different plans and they still haven't got it sorted, and they want it moved not me!
