I used this company on 3 separate occasions while on holiday in Weymouth. All the drivers were extremely friendly and helpful. I wish all Minicabs companies were like this one.

Pre booked taxi on app. It never showed. Operator claimed it did except app never changed to show allocated driver and I was actually waiting outside earlier than the time they said it arrived. Late for work will never rely on them again.

40 minute wait for a taxi on Monday night is ridiculous. Called at 11:31, I wasn't told there was a wait. At 11:55 I called to be told 5 minutes, after another 9 minutes I called back to be told it was on its way. 7 minutes for on its way to get to us at weymouth con club. Steve the driver was brilliant but the service is terrible. I've always used fleetline, for 17 years, from now on it will be another service.

We have booked a taxi from M and S seefront but it was late for more than 10 minutes we call taxi office she miss behaved us and said don't use our services wich was untolarated.

I have just witnessed an unbelievably rude driver to my brother on our way home from town. My brother visiting us was in the wrong lane, but indicated and moved across SAFELY with the fleet line driver nowhere near behind us. Only to then witness him fly up behind and give a very rude hand gesture, and then continued to do this on most of our journey home behind us and when we turned off from him and he drove past. Absolutely disgusting and I will not be using this company again as a local. Completely unnecessary behaviour.

As a group of 67 people who had booked a coach for transport and got let down fleetline picked as all up and completed numerous journeys to get all of us to our destination and back without any hassle. They were extremely helpful and sympathetic with what we had gone through, they went above and beyond to make this situation as seamless as possible. The 3 drivers were extremely kind and couldn't do enough for us.
The lady in charge on the day couldn't do enough for me with trying to sort the payments and even went as far as contacting the coach company but unfortunately this wasn't possible.

Fleetline taxis thank you for your professional service, your kind words and support you are an incredible business and from the 67 of us who were left disappointed you made our day less stressful.

First time I have used this company - what a fantastic service! I had booked an airport pick up for two colleagues arriving on different flights - and even with delays and general confusion, the driver was incredibly patient and communicated with me throughout - nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend and a huge thank you!
