Adrien and his team came to deliver furniture to our house in Munich. They were punctual, polite, careful, quick and efficient. Adrien is really lovely & friendly but also very professional as well. Social distancing & mask wearing was adhered to at all times, which I really appreciated. Before the delivery Adrien communicated all details of my delivery & kept me up to date at all points of delivery.

Adrien is fantastic, really helpful and helped organise the collection and delivery of a large sofa. Throughout the whole process he was polite and communicative, the sofa was delivered in perfect condition and he had taken great care to ensure it was protected and didn't move around the van. Adrien even helped get it into our living room, he also took Covid precautions wearing a mask and gloves and keeping 2m distance wherever possible. I couldn't recommend First of Haul higher a fantastic company run by a great guy.

Adrien, is very polite and takes great care in delivering your items as if they were his own. He collected the items over 200 miles away and delivered them to me and was willing to take them up two staircases with the help of my Hubby. These tables were for my hobby room and are quite heavy. But Adrien kept me informed throughout the process and was very helpful and more than willing to put them in the room of choice provided they fit of course.

Great experience. Needed a sofa collecting from across Leicestershire - Adrien responded to our request very promptly and gave us all the information we needed up front. He communicated with us throughout collection day and was on time. He was professional and friendly, wore a mask and we were very happy with the service. He'll be seeing us again no doubt!

This is the first time I have engaged Adrien to pick up a package for me but I chose his courier service because of the excellent service I received when he delivered some items to me from a retailer. As before I found him to be reliable, courteous and overall a pleasure to do business with. The package he was picking up for me was very fragile and he took great care with it and it arrived safe and sound. I will definitely use his services again and I most definitely recommend him.
