My balcony door was bent at the bottom and didn’t fully close.
I called First glaze and on the same day the guys came over to have a look. Thought I was gonna have to change the whole door, but rather than just selling me a new door Steve gave me the option to fix the bend and save some money. He’s done the whole thing on the same day and I was extremely happy about the final result.
The guys were so professional and friendly, I would definitely recommend their service to anyone and call them again if I ever need it.

Steve and his team where Fantastic from the start of our enquiry through the quotation process and the completion of the works. Repaired numerous windows for us and also installed new windows at the same time he was open and honest at all times. He could’ve tried to sell us extra windows but never Instead suggested repairing them and save us a fortune. I would highly recommend giving this family run business to try whim have a more personal touch and the bigger boys.

Not quite sure about the one negative review they have received I Know that you do get a small amount of condensation on the bottom of all windows due to heat cold transfer.

Give them a go quotations are free I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Terrible company. Had an appointment for them to come and quote for a new front door. The appointment was forgotten about, after I had made contact on the day to be told that he forgot and he was getting is hair cut?! I was told that I'd get a call back to re schedule for that week. Not heard anything since! Just plain rude and time wasting.
Obviously the job was far too small for them to need or want my custom. I have now booked in with Invicta doors who came and quoted within a week, Id totally recommend them lovely people who actually bother to show up.

My uPVC door was jammed and impossible to lock. Within hours of contacting this company the door was refitted and a replacement lock sourced and this was on a Saturday with a company I had never used before. My experience with double glazing companies has been dodgy to say the least. However this was a totally refreshing experience. It is a lovely family run business that actually puts the customer first. No pressure to buy new doors or whatever. They sorted the door out in a very practical manner at minimal cost and the workmanship was first class. Didn't think you could get this service these days. Very, very pleased!
