Has lost 2 stars from my original 4 stars i gave the originally. first bus should be on time and have no issues, and out of 5 days I trav, l it's alwayup to nearly 20 minutes later 🤦

Thank you brilliant, understanding driver. Our family of 4 messed up the timetable and the driver saw us 'running' to the stop. One on the shoulders, one being dragged along and chief guide with face in phone. Thank you drive for being observant and understanding. And in answer to your question, 'no', we didn't enjoy the run. 😂

On the 12/8/22 I and a few others was waiting for the last bus to great yarmouth at martham bus stop and the bus driver drove straight past us all. If wasn't for someone else who was waiting for the bus I would have been stranded in Martham. We put our hand out for the driver to stop aswell.

Great bus depot n great staff. Buses are on time more often than not. They just need some newer buses asap.

I lost my phone at a bus stop and thought that was that. But it was handed to a driver who took it to the office and then managed to contact my brother who was then able to let me know that I could go and get it back. So .....
Very helpful staff, drivers etc. They always seem to do the best job they can even when things are against them i.e. traffic or weather conditions.

Me and my partner got a return journey from Caister Haven Holiday Park and when boarded the bus, the driver was really rude. I paid for my ticket and when my partner paid, the driver then said outloud "Don't anyone have any f***ing change?!?!" We won't be using first bus again and will be seeking alternative transport.
