Absolutely useless service.
We had a package sent to us via next day service. It sat in there warehouse for several days before we got a text to say it would be delivered. Delivery wasn't attempted, and the same happened the next day. I had to go down there to find it in the end.
As it contained fresh food half of it had to be binned.

Extremely bad customer service. My delivery was failed due to me not being home, which is fair enough. Got sent an email with contact details to either arrange redelivery or collection from Newhaven (I live in Worthing). Woman on the phone told me I could come next day first thing (8am) to collect. After a 45min drive on a Saturday morning I was told that I couldn't collect my parcel and that I had to come back Monday or arrange a redelivery. Massive miss communicating within the customer service department. What a let down...

After arranging a redelivery in person on the day I attempted to collect (Saturday morning) they told me I would receive the delivery on Monday. Haven't received any tracking information via email so I called to find out what delivery slot I had been allocated only to find out that it hadn't been arranged for delivery at all.... that's now twice that the customer service has been absolutely shocking from First 4 Logistics. I now have to wait another 24hrs to receive a delivery that was supposedly "over night". God help anyone who receives delivery's from these guys in the future. What an absolute shambles of an operation.

This is the best delivery company I've dealt with in ages. I had two missed deliveries because my buzzer wasn't working. Gemma replied to my email within five minutes and sorted delivery for the next morning. Marco the driver was very apologetic for the missed deliveries and incredibly courteous. Thank you both very much. Brilliant customer service.

tried to deliver to the wrong address, and had no notification of this, I had to discover it myself on the tracking. they were completely uncontactable for 2 days. then when they finally got back to me the parcel wasn't on the van. I'm still waiting for my overnight delivery 3 days later. the tracking information has now vanished from the website

Brilliant customer service. My first delivery attempt I didn't hear the buzzer (it turned out all of our flat buzzers were broken) I phoned the contact number and the lady I spoke to was amazing, really friendly and got everything sorted for a redelivery the next day! I wrote a note on our entrance doors about the buzzers and just had my package delivered today. Driver was really nice.

Very impressed with the whole company, organised, friendly and professional. I wish all delivery companies were so good!
