The gas engineer who saved Christmas! Heating went so I called Justin late 23rd of December and he said he'd be round at 9am Christmas Eve. All fixed in about half an hour so we have heating for Christmas. Brilliant service. I'd used Justin again and highly recommend him.

Left a complete mess behind after doing a gas safety check, didnt put anything back from where he had moved them from and had used my electricity to charge something while I wasnt there (you left the switch on and didnt push the exercise bike back that you had moved to get to the socket). My reply to your response: The Landlord said you would be arriving on Feb 13th, not the 6th so I did not empty the cupboard for that reason - you werent expected. Why couldnt you put everything back rather than leave it strewn all over the place? And what did you plug into my electricity supply?

Justin has been our gas service engineer for the last three years and we have always been pleased with his work.
This year, we decided that our boiler was due to be replaced since it was entering its 35th year. We looked to Justin for advice and we have had a 30kW Baxi installed. This involved running a new gas supply pipe, draining and purging all the radiators and pipework and balancing the heat distribution throughout the house.
The whole job was completed in two days and at an acceptable cost. We had been quoted £1,500 more by another local company four years ago. We are totally delighted and we have no hesitation in recommending Findon Gas Services.

Really pleased with Justin, he responded promptly, attended when promised. He was excellent at trouble shooting the problem with our boiler. He left the property clean and tidy. Would whole heartedly recommend, and have already booked him up to service the boiler later in the year.

Used Justin for the first time a few weeks ago, had other so called gas and boiler engineers out to diagnose faults on boiler, Justin went straight to the problems that previous two engineers had missed or not bothered to check and sorted out straight away. Very reasonable costs always on time and very tidy worker and fastidious in his work.. Don’t bother to call anyone else !! his expertise and knowledge is vast. I'm more than happy to give this 5* review to Findon Gas Services. We recently moved to Worthing an needed to replace some older radiators and the gas boiler. Everything about the way that Justin Redman works is of the highest professional standard. He is courteous, prompt, reliable and utterly expert at his job. He explained every aspect of what he needed to do and why, in a completely comprehensible way and talked us through the new system very clearly when the job was done. The house definitely feels warmer now. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a first class heating engineer

On this occasion we called Justin in to fit a new HIVE thermostat system to replace our aging Honeywell wired one. A thoroughly professional job. He had explained what we needed to buy beforehand, and talked us through the installation, offering options at certain points. Demonstrated that he knew what he was talking about and certainly didn't mind questions. He worked quickly, efficiently and without fuss. All tidied up and cleared away in no time. Definitely recommend. We were scheduling our heating in no time.

Justin was personally recommended by our neighbours and we are so pleased that they did! He is such a pleasant man, excellent communications, punctual, considerate and really listens to your needs. On this occasion we needed a filling loop installed in the kitchen for our boiler in the loft. We shall definitely be seeing him again for our boiler service later in the year and will certainly be on our "first to call" list when anything else arises in the future.
