Worst delivery company ever, never use these useless waste of money and false promises. Its the first Christmas my children are having since they lost their mother, and now because of a lying delivery driver, they will wake up missing the presents I got them. For days, the tracking app said out for delivery and never came. Yesterday, I was doing DIY by my front door so I could make sure I could see the delivery, but at 1 p.m., I got a notification saying the driver tried to deliver but no one home! I am so angry and lost it with the customer service. All they could say was we have until tomorrow by 6 pm. Now today I call customer services again at 10 am it will be with you they say. 12.30 I get the call. Sorry, we're closing for Christmas, and it won't be with you till the 27th. Disgusting, deceitful, and useless. Use Evri or DPD any other company but this one. Thank you, FedEx, for ruining my sons Christmas. Try renaming yourselves, Ebenezer Scrooge

Really bad customer service

My parcel has been out for delivery Thursday, Friday,Monday and Tuesday and I have sat at home waiting for it. Shocker it’s been updated as returned to shipper😡😡

Absolutely disappointed with Fedex. Waiting for delivery (wooden floor) whole day and they just rebook it for day after. No contact number aswell.

Appalling service. I ordered a parcel from the States. It took four days to get to Luton and another seven to go the last ten miles. You can't contact them if you don't have an account (you have to be a business for that). I couldn't rebook except for one time (on day two) when I asked to get it re-directed to my secure place. They just ignored that and kept trying to deliver to my flat. One day I was told it was getting sent the following day, it never left the depot. No explanation, no apology, just re-booked their end the day after they forgot. When the parcel finally arrived there was a hand written note saying to deliver after 4pm (due to a phone conversation on a private number where I told them what time I get home after work), it was delivered at 8:30am. I tried getting a refund but apparently I can't do that on my order. They are so bad, they make Evri look good.

A parcel (used hearing aids of old aunty) coming from USA was being held in transit for more than 7 working days. No one reached out to us to inform about next steps. We called and called and called mostly without any success. The virtual assistant said "Your parcel will be delivered as soon as possible". When we finally were able to speak with an actual human agent he said we need to pay taxes and duties. Apparently he sent us an email with the link to pay, but the email never arrived. Then we called and called and called again, not a single living person answered, only the virtual assistant who said "Your parcel will be delivered as soon as possible." Well it was never delivered.
