Attempted to arrange a "scheduled pick up" got reference number and a driver showed up and REFUSED to take the package. Was left to contact the company who the package was scheduled to returned to, in order for them to arrange a more competent courier company to collect the item. Avoid this company if you can, l cannot understand why a courier company which has a contract for logistics service with Jay-Be mattresses, would refuse to collect a package. Complete and utter incompetence

Do not go here, they are scammers. They will try to charge you £10 for dropping off a parcel that is already paid for, packed, label attached and ready to be shipped. Owner of the store please do not reply to this message with the same message you have been replying to your other reviews saying you packed my item or whatever else apparently you have done for them when it’s clear you did not provide those services since you are replying with the same message to all. I went to an alternative drop off, no issue- parcel was taken with no extra costs.

SCAMER,
DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU HAVE FEDEX DROP OFF!!!
we went there to drop off our fedex parcel which had printed label and the guy there tried to charge us £10 for handing fee!
When i asked is that everywhere and do i need to pay handing fees in every single fedex drop off points he replied, “Yes definitely “

I called another fedex drop off and i searched and is free, this store is a scam and i will be reporting it to fedex as well.

Shah is a star! This is probably the best courier centre in London. Shah’s customer service is superb and unrivalled. He went the extra mile to assist me with my shipments. Super friendly and helpful. 10/10

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Caution! They lost an overnight package that was actually a passport, it wasn’t delivered to my husband who needed it on his trip, and it ruined my husbands whole trip as he spent days to get a replacement passport. They weren’t helpful in locating it and over a week later we still don’t have it.

BE CAREFUL - PREDATORY PRICING PRACTICES. The lady doing the printing is sneaky, deceitful and extremely aggressive. She didn't inform us of the price of printing (£2.5 per page) before she printed a lot of documents. When we queried the price she became extremely aggressive almost to the point of violence. We were quite shocked at how aggressive, angry, and malicious this lady working there was. She is such a rude and mean lady. We will not be back.
