Tracking updates said “Courier Cannot Gain Access to Premises”, but no delivery attempt was made - no buzz on the intercom, no call, no message. I work from home and am here all day, so there’s no excuse for not trying to deliver or contact me.

Now the status says “unable to deliver due to a problem with the address”, yet again with zero effort made to get in touch. The address is correct, and I’ve received countless parcels here without issue.

Absolutely unacceptable service. No accountability, no communication, and no real attempt to deliver. Avoid if you can.

I had the misfortune of dealing with this company. The first courier I've encountered that was unable to navigate an intercom, nor walk past an open gate.

Three separate "attempts" made before parcel was returned to sender.

I use Fastway courier on a daily basis to send goods down south.
The service is absolutely fantastic. Yet to have a parcel delivered outside the 24h window.

Refused to deliver a 32kg dumbell because it was too heavy. Pretty hilarious when you consider the purpose of a dumbell - which is designed to lifted. I'd ordered from Frasers who are equally useless - they charged me £20 for an oversized delivery which I had to drive 40mins from Newtownards to pick up. At the depot the storeman brought them to my car on a trolley and I put them into my car by myself. What do Fastway do with furniture and other heavy things? I understand there are H&S restrictions, but I would have been happy to meet the courier at my house to help offload it. They were not helpful at all, the attitude was basically collect it within 5 days or its going back

Consistently bad service. Late or no delivery/pick up on scheduled dates. We were meant to get a parcel yesterday, still not arrived today. We were told they attempted delivery, but our office is staffed all day and no one arrived. This has happened numerous times, too many to list. They are at best a two day delivery service.
Please spend an extra £2 a parcel and use a proper firm.

Package delivered to wrong address for the secound time ordering off this company, I still have not received the package and any emails I send now are just ignored, very bad costumer service and u cannot even speak to an actual person over the phone rather than a bot that half the time doesn’t even read what ur actually saying do not get delivery’s with this company as they will not refund or send another item even though it was there fault for delivering the parcel to the wrong address again!
