Exchanged eur/gbp yesterday thinking a post shop would have decent rates... not knowing prior what the rate was i trusted that it was fine and shouldn't have. €210 euro to get £157.89 back. Costing us £24 with their conversion rate. 10/10 go elsewhere for money exchange, absolute rip off and unless you're quick at maths or whip out your phone, you will never know how much it costs to exchange as she never mentioned it at all.

Went to pick up a package and the guy that was working here was really quick and friendly. Felt the need to leave a review as I wouldn’t expect a particularly stand out experience when going to the post office. Thanks.

Post office staff are always friendly and helpful and but there does not seem to enough staff working and this causes long queues. Went one Saturday and they had shut for lunch for an hour and a half. another Saturday they had shut early due to lack of staff.
I remember it was completely different when they they were based in the sorting office building. Shows how much of a shambles the Post Office Service is in ATM.

Come in at 2.30 on a Saturday. No staff so the post office closed because they’re only rota’d in for a half day. It says it’s open until 5.30.

Awfully long waiting time. 20 people in queue, but only 1 clerk, the clerk then also leaves to help people who get an error on self-service machines. Avoid this branch.

There is only ever one member of staff. The queue is always long. On the day I was in they didn’t accept cash AT THE COUNTER BY A HUMAN. It’s messy and chaotic. I feel for the staff but they really need to sort it out. I’d sooner drive to Guildford and use their services.

To have only one member of staff working in the whole post office at lunch time is completely unacceptable, especially when the self service machines are also unavailable. The queue was heaving and the wait times are often ridiculous. Please employ more staff.

Don't go it's closed on this site it says open but it isn't can't see wh smiths taking parcels either waste of my time
