Excellent services with a large fleet of reliable and normally fairly modern buses ranging from small single deckers to large doubles. The buses are almost never cancelled, and the team at Faresaver always respond swiftly on Facebook and X (Twitter). Most of the drivers are friendly and welcoming. Buses are rarely later than 10 minutes within the advertised time. The tickets are cheap with the current £2 fare scheme, with the Faresaver Day Ticket being a great price, too. The routes are pleasant and frequent. However, most do not generally run late in the evening (7:30 onwards). Overall, it's a superb company. Thank you very much Faresaver!

I spoke to you many a times on messenger about a bloke standing up speaking to drivers which isn’t safe for him or your customers let alone your drivers . It’s come to me yes you spoke to him because he spoke to your drivers about this but they aren’t happy about the complaint either apparently. So because of the attitude of your drivers and the bloke that’s rude I will now not recommend using your service

A big thank you to your company and drivers for the safe return of my husbands power bank he left on the bus monday afternoon between Devizes and three magpies - the customer service gent was amazing and even arranged for it to be dropped off Tuesday near where we were staying - all i had to do was wait at the bus stop to collect - thanks again x

In my opinion Faresavers Chippenham is the best bus company in uk nice local modern quick services that run from Chippenham bus station to plenty of destinations and I absolutely love faresavers there my fav bus company ever and I also live on faresavers bus route as my local route is the 91 so I go very often to Little Somerford to see friends 5 out 5 review😉

This afternoon my son left his PE kit on the bus home. Within 10 mins of me emailing the company, the bag was located and a drop off arranged the next time the driver came around the loop. Bag collected and safely back home! Thanks Faresaver for great customer service!

My son uses Faresaver buses to get to school. Faresaver staff were incredible when he left his saxophone on the bus this week. I called customer support, within minutes they located the saxophone and arranged for it to be transferred to a bus coming back to a stop near us. Everyone, from Martin on the phone to the lovely bus driver, was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

We very rarely travel by bus but decided to try the Faresaver X34 service from Frome to Chippenham Railway Station. I downloaded the timetable from the company website - easy to do and easy to read. However, upon arriving at Frome Market Street bus stop, the only timetable exhibited bore absolutely no relation to that which I had downloaded. As we stood there somewhat perplexed, an X34 bus arrived. We joined and it departed at the time shown on the website timetable. We asked the driver to confirm it was going to Chippenham railway station but he said "No. Town Bridge only". The journey was entirely satisfactory except that it terminated short. The driver was very friendly and courteous and as far as I can judge drove well allowing passengers to join and alight safely. The vehicle was clean inside and out, relatively comfortable but extremely noisy.
There was one issue of concern - a young person rode the whole journey standing next to the driver in direct contravention of the instruction "Do not distract the driver".

I raised these issues with the company and received a very prompt and courteous response. Apparently the driver made a mistake in not going to the railway station; the young person was a person on work experience and it was the council's fault that an incorrect timetable is displayed at Frome.

I appreciate the explanation but would suggest that perhaps a little more management attention to detail might be appropriate.

My husband left his phone on the 231 bus service from Batheaston to Bath City Centre. I made contact via the lost property link and Natasha Thomas picked up the request.
She could not have done more, tracked down the correct bus and driver and advised that he had amazingly located the phone.
She then gave us details on how we could collect the phone from the driver, James.
We were able to catch the service up and he handed the phone over saving us huge amounts of inconvenience.
Both members of staff were amazing and we just wanted their actions recognised.
