Our second stay here. Every bit as brilliant as the first time. Beautiful setting, short walk to the harbour, superb views. The room was very clean and comfortable and Andrew was a great host. The breakfasts were lovely. There has even been an improvement since out last stay with the addition of a rather splendid dog.||As one adult and one 15 year old, we had a great 5 nights on Mull at Fairways Lodge.

Set above Tobermory and adjacent to the golf course,The Fairways has views of the neighbouring islands and the approaches to Tobermory- spectular.|The Lodge is spotless and the rooms are comfortable with great beds. Good bathroom, with strong water pressure.|Breakfast was good, pre-order the night before, with both cereal and hot options.|You can walk down to the town it is a hike and you have to get back up(there are local taxis).|It is a very peaceful and relaxing place and we found Andrew to be a welcoming and helpful host. It is expensive compared to other places we stayed on our trip,but those views, the variation of light and shade-Wow.

My wife and I stayed at Fairways Lodge in May 2023 and we didn't want to leave. The owner was actually away, and his sister was looking after it. From the initial welcome, and throughout the whole stay till the time we departed we were given 1st class treatment.|Our room was clean, tidy, well stocked with teas & coffee's etc, good shower, comfy beds and the view out of the window was absolutly spectacular. |Breakfast. Absolutly spoilt for choice. Probably the best breakfast we have ever had in a B&B, |Nothing was too much trouble, our water bottles were filled up every day for us, and even had flasks of coffee made for our Day Trip to Lunga Island to see the Puffins --- Something you JUST HAVE TO DO.|Thank You Fairways Lodge. We will be back|10/10 --- Top Class --- A1

This B and B is perched at the top of the village, in a supremely quiet location. The views just cannot be beat. This photo really is your view from the breakfast table (and maybe some rooms, too). The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. And the food is excellent! (#bestporridgeinScotland). The service is just wonderful, and we felt right at home. It's an easy 10 minute walk down to the Tobermory harbor, and a perfectly workable 20 minute walk back up - but there are cabs, too. Don't miss this!

Had a perfect 2 night stay at the Lodge. Fabulous location for exploring Isle of Mull, with truly breathtaking views from both our bedroom and the dining room . Room and bathroom excellent quality, recently refurbished I believe, very comfortable and spotless. Had delicious breakfast each morning. A lovely host, who was most kind and helpful to us throughout, and looked after us . Couldn't fault this place at all. Would be delighted to stay again one day .

Lovely spot very high on the hill, overlooking the golf course (leads directly onto the fairway via a gate), fabulous views of the bay below.
Room and bathroom were scrupulously clean, tea/coffee and TV in room (not that we used them).
Slightly disappointed with the greeting on arrival early evening. Owner looked almost put out by us being there/arriving and I would say we received a cool welcome, which is not what you want after hours upon hours of driving, we were exhausted and so looking forward to meeting our host! However, this did improve (must have had a bad day perhaps).
Breakfast was very nice, great table overlooking the view. We stayed only the 1 night.

We were wowed by our comfortable and spacious room as soon as we walked in and saw the view. The location was convenient for us and we enjoyed the walk down the town on both evenings of our stay (be warned the footpath was a little wet and muddy in places). Our host met us and gave us some recommendations for dinner and drinks in the town and warned us how busy it would be later, so we headed straight down and enjoyed a pub meal with drinks, and then more drinks at the other end of town (where the ukelele group was rehearsing - one of the highlights of our trip). The breakfast choices were extensive, generous and beautifully presented. Our host and hostess both chatted with us about places to visit and could not have been more welcoming. We would head back here in a heartbeat!

Stayed here recently for 2 nights, the rooms were excellent, probably the best views possible in Tobermory. Breakfast was good with variety of choice available. The host was so friendly. En suite shower room fitted out beautifully.
