I can’t recommend Extrordinair more. Ellen was so helpful and kind from the very beginning and made the whole process seamless. My dog was flying from Edinburgh to Washington Dulles via Frankfurt and I was so nervous for his long journey as he’s quite an anxious dog. But she put me at ease and he got here in one piece! They were also so much more affordable than various companies I got quotes from too and I feel like they are far more personal than the other companies. I felt like they cared!

We cannot recommend extrordinaire enough, they have been fantastic getting our dog Moz from point A to B!

Having a single point of contact (Ellen) made the process so much more personal and straightforward. She was always quick to respond to emails or speak on the phone to reassure my husband and I, and to help us really understand the process; which went very smoothly!

We really appreciate the incredibly personal and professional experience Ellen provided, including frequent updates and photos of Moz as he embarked on his journey to be with us again. She also helped us to save money by acquiring a wooden crate for us, rather than use the more expensive plastic ones.

Special shout outs to Kenny who collected Moz from our old home in Scotland and also to Sarah from 4 paws for driving him to our new home.

5 star service, in terms of preps, follow ups and actions!
Rocco’s journey from Aberdeen to Doha included getting import permit, driving between cities, boarding for the night, 6-hour flight and custom clearance … where all was done seamless. Ellen is a super star to keep us in the loop in all stages of the move. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Extrordinair did an amazing job helping us ship our dog from Edinburgh back to the U.S. Ellen was really fabulous at helping us figure out our options and then recommending the best fit. The issues are far too complicated for anyone to do this on their own so it’s so nice to have experts working for you. Our city declared a heat embargo at the last minute so she helped us come up with a contingency plan. She met us at the Vet office to make sure everything was set and even sent us pictures and updates while our dog was en route. In the end, it was a much less painful experience than we expected all because we had a great pet shipper handling it for us. Can’t recommend them enough!

I just had 2 cats flying from Scotland to Asia and 2 flights long hours, and Extrordinair has made the whole transition smoother. Ellen was amazing she was the MVP! She was constantly in touch with us and kept us updated every step of the way, sending us pictures of the cats and tracking updates. Made the whole ordeal stress free. She even was the one who picked up our cats and took them down to the airport for their vet appointment before the flight. She's gone above and beyond! Would give 6 stars... no 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend doing it through Extrordinair versus trying to organise everything on your own as it can be overwhelming when you don't know the process. Thank you Ellen and everyone at Extrordinair! I'm so happy to have my fur babies in our new home.
