Not worth 1 star , advertised an item with a promotional gift , then when you claim it , they say you're not eligible because the offer has finished.Well you shouldn't be advertising it then!!! Reported to trading standards, absolute bunch of jokers , avoid at all costs.

7 hours to be given a bay to unload 8 pallets. 5 years of this career, never been to a place more shocking than this. Will refuse this job from now on. Spent a whole Friday here and it messed up my other deliveries and made me not get home for the weekend.

Used to be a fantastic place to get loaded. But no longer allowed to wait in the truck.
Now instead of having break & food while loading I will have to stop for a break.
7 nasty plastic chairs for over 25 bays so standing when busy.
Even after pulling my straps to the back of the trailer they move them to the front so I can't secure the load & moan when I tell them that LEGALLY I have to secure it.
1 of the 2 toilets/showers has not had a working lock on the door for at leist a year to my knowledge.
Got 2 stars because the toilets & showers are clean

First time purchasing from Exertis, simply tried to purchase four system on chip screens.

We advised James who was our sales adviser that the project and purchase was time sensitive and he assured us a pre 10.30 am delivery was guaranteed.

Was send a payment link that had expired - so found the bank details quite easily in the portal - paid the bid price and used the bid reference as the payment reference - advised James and he advised all was accounted for goods would be with us, we reached out to him numerous times throughout the day - he advised bid was accepted goods would be with us before 10.30am.

We get a call at 5.15 advising they couldn't find the web payment - despite me already advising them the payment had been made directly to the bank we then had a message the next day to say they had finally located the payment, but tried to claim the payment landed that day - we called Barclays and they confirmed the payment had landed with them at 10.15 the day before - James then advised goods wouldn't be with us until Monday - resulting in us having to let our customer down despite James promises the day before and effectively lying to us all day that payment had been located and all was in hand.

I requested a refund as Solstice could deliver it same day.

Where things really got worse was trying to get a refund, the order was cancelled - I was given credit controls number, Lynne was extremely rude on the phone, carried on trying to lie that the payment had only landed that day despite Barclays completely disproving this - it now has been nearly a week and we still have not had our £2200 refunded - and am no closer to finding out when we will.

We import hundreds of screens and use numerous suppliers like Solstice and one digital who go above and beyond on the customer service and quite frankly don't lie to you and hold your money interest free..

Do yourself a favour don't by from Exertis.

We purchased a £1000 overhead projector from exertis via Currys. It broke in mid October. I emailed Exertis as it was still under warranty. I gut a customeru recognition email reply stating they would be in touch. They did not so I emailed again. Still no reply. This is disgraceful customer service.. and left us with an expensive
piece of equipment that is faulty! We will not use them again .
