Very helpful post office on my way there I fell and damaged my parcels which needed going out . The sikh owner with the glasses helped me with bandages and water I am forever grateful to this man .
I wish them good luck brilliant place and decent prices on seasonal goods.

Went into this Post Office on Saturday I choose this particular Post Office because the guy seems to be very helpful, unfortunately, not in this occasion he was very aggressive. Both of them were. at one point, the manager threatened to call the police on me for no reason and got aggressive with me so I left as I was scared for my safety not happy not happy. We never used that Post Office again highly not recommended.💯👎🤮 stay clear of this Post Office if you value service and dealing with someone i.e. the manager who’s not aggressive and his friend who works with him he’s very arrogant and impatient not good not good. Did not have a good experience. Would never go back ever.👎👋 oh yes, and the manager told me he’s dealt with people like me before I was not in uniform therefore he did not know the job. I do not good. He assumed I was unemployed and looking for a good deal not true.💯👎 I believe the manager on the day his name was not sure how to spell it, but this is the best I can Igurte.

I lost my receipt for my parcel and had to return. I have never been to a more helpful place. The young guy who does the post is always so helpful, kind and always smiling. Thank you for your help it was much appreciated.

I recently visited Ewell Post Office and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The man who served me displayed exceptionally rude and aggressive behaviour, appearing visibly angry without any clear reason. His tone was curt and unwelcoming, which made the entire interaction unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant. He swore continuously without reason and his aggressive nature was very concerning.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, but this experience fell far short of those basic expectations with excessive swearing and aggressive behaviour. Such conduct is entirely uncalled for and reflects poorly on the branch's commitment to customer service. This individual needs to be retrained and is a public menace.

The shop hours and post office hours are different but this information is only displayed in the store. Everywhere else it says the Post Office is open later.

Very rude staff. Came in to post a parcel with my assistance dog. First thing said to me "No pets, bro!" by the person at the counter. He was sat slovenly, like someone at the bar in a pub. I explained that he wasn't a pet, he was an assistance dog. Chap behind the counter peered over, looked disbelievingly at the uniform. Didn't say another word to me. Handed my parcel over, which was processed and tossed uncaringly into the bag behind.

Certainly won't be taking my business there again.
